Qualification

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Early Childhood Education/ General Education/ Special Education. Preferably a LET passer (Licensure Examination for Teachers).


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Graduating students who are completing their final academic requirements may also apply.


• Strong classroom management, communication, and lesson planning skills.


• Must be passionate about holistic child development and student-centered learning.


• Proficient in designing engaging lessons and using creative teaching methodologies.


• Willing to align with the school’s philosophy, vision, and mission.


• Preferably with teaching experience, but not required.


• Open to professional development and continuous learning.


• Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision.
