Dominican School of Cebu is looking for a nurturing and passionate Pre-School Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in child development, early literacy, and creative teaching strategies, while upholding the school's Catholic and Dominican values.

Qualification

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Early Childhood Education or any related field.


• Preferably a LET passer (Licensure Examination for Teachers).


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Graduating students who are completing their final academic requirements may also apply.


• Must have a genuine love for working with young children and a patient, caring, and creative approach to teaching.


• Strong skills in lesson planning, storytelling, music, play-based learning, and child engagement.


• Knowledge of child psychology, developmentally appropriate practices, and classroom management for young learners.


• Willing to align with the school’s philosophy, vision, and mission.


• Preferably with teaching experience in preschool or daycare settings, but not required.


• Open to professional development and continuous learning.


• Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision.
